How do we use your information?
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your booking should you make one and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
For a booking, these details will usually include the names, addresses and dates of birth of party members, credit/debit card or other payment details and special requirements such as those relating to any disability or dietary preference which may affect the chosen holiday arrangements or for example any insurance you wish to purchase. If we need any other personal details, we will tell you before we obtain them from you.
We need to pass on your personal details to the companies and organisations who need to know them so that your holiday can be provided (for example your hotel, tour operator, rent-a-car company, credit/debit card company or bank) or to the insurance company so that your insurance can be provided and so that the policy you purchase is suitable for your needs.
We would like to use your details for marketing purposes (e.g. sending you our brochures or details of promotions concerning the holidays we offer). If you do not wish to receive any further information from us please let us know this at the time you give us your details or, if you do not do so then, at any time subsequently. We do not sell your personal information to others. If you do not wish to receive any information about us and our services then please let us know.
