Perched above Lovran's meandering lungomare, the yellow-ochre villa is surrounded by gardens and stands of laurel, oak and cedar. The lovely refurbished Art Nouveau residence is located on the first floor. French doors open onto a private balcony/terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment consists of a living room, dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hardwood floors, elegant textiles and period furniture lend an air of classic refinement. On warm summer days the maestral and rustling of palm trees make it a pleasant retreat. Pebbly beaches and rocks for sunbathing dot the coves of the tree-shaded lungomare.
