Welcome : How to Book

Please do not hesitate to give us a call to talk about any holiday you are interested in. While you are sourcing your flights,we recommend you get confirmation from us that your chosen holiday is available, before committing yourself to a flight booking.We will hold the holiday as an option for you for up to 72 HOURS. If you book flights first and then discover that the holiday is not available, we cannot be held responsible.

  • Within 72 hours we will need your completed and signed booking form, insurance premium and A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 30% of your total holiday cost, to secure the booking. This payment can be made over the telephone and taken on a credit/debit card. It is essential that you complete all sections of the booking form, including insurance details and dietary requirements. Before sending in your booking form, please take the time to read all our information and booking conditions. The booking form constitutes a contract between us, and your signature obliges you and everyone in your party to abide by and accept our conditions. The booking is not accepted until we have received your signed booking form with deposit and you have received a confirmation invoice from us. Until then we should be under no liability to you whatsoever. If we are unable to accept your booking, we shall return your deposit.
  • Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment by credit card is welcome, but there will be a surcharge for payment made in this way (1.4% for Visa and Mastercard and 2.25% for American Express). Payment by switch / debit card and cheque incur no surcharge.
  • A letter confirming all your booking details will be issued, on receipt of your booking form, deposit and insurance premium (if applicable). Please keep these safe. It is essential that you check these as soon as you receive them, and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions.
  • The balance will be due 10 WEEKS before departure (the date will show on your confirmation invoice). Please try to remember and send it in on time. Late payment will automatically incur a £25 administrative charge and possible cancellation of the holiday.
  • LATE BOOKINGS - holidays booked within 10 weeks of departure must be paid for IN FULL, at the time of booking.
  • About 2-3 weeks before departure, you will receive the final itinerary, vouchers and details on how to reach the property, general advice, maps and information.

Booking Form

The signatory on the booking form should remember that he/she is signing on behalf of all members of the party. Accordingly, please ensure that all members of the party have read the descriptions of the chosen holiday and our booking conditions and agree with the signatory's choice. The signatory should be the 'PARTY LEADER' on the booking form and all correspondence will be addressed to him/her. The car driver's name given on the booking form must be the same as on the relevant passports and driving license.

Amendment charges

Any amendment made after receipt of the booking form will incur an administration charge of £30 per person (including children, but not infants), plus any additional charges imposed by proprietors or other suppliers. If you want to add any new persons to the booking, or add car hire or pre-bookable excursions and we are able to confirm such change, no amendment fee will be charged.

Methods of payment

The easiest way to pay for your holiday is by debit card (ie Switch, or similar) which you can do over the phone, or by a cheque drawn on a UK bank (made payable to My Croatia Ltd Trust Account ).We are pleased to accept payment by certain credit cards but there is a 1.4% - 2.25% additional charge towards costs incurred by us from the card companies.

N.B. If you decide to cancel your holiday booking and you have paid the deposit by credit card, the 1.4% - 2.25% handling fee is non-refundable.We therefore recommend that you pay the deposit by debit card or cheque for which no handling fees are levied.

N.B. Any bookings made within four weeks before departure can only be paid by debit/credit card.
