This graceful contemporary villa on Brac Island’s stunning southern coastline was designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. Perched above Duboka Bay, the two-storey villa enjoys splendid views of the pine-fringed cove and clear, blue sea. Retractable floor to ceiling picture windows in the living room and master bedroom open up onto spacious terraces and blur the distinction between indoors and out. The 2,000-square-metre property features a landscaped garden, terraces and sun decks on various levels, and outdoor kitchen/BBQ for al fresco dining and entertaining. Local Brac stonework is highlighted throughout. Villa Duboka has four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a master bedroom with terrace and sea views) and can sleep eight to ten persons. A path below the villa leads to a pebble beach and bathing platform from which to swim. Other amenities include a small boat mooring, kayaks, bicycles, outdoor shower, ping pong table and welcome hamper.
Villa Duboka is an ideal location for experiencing Brac Island’s spectacular scenery, its traditions, cuisine and lifestyle. Duboka Bay offers fantastic swimming and safe mooring for boats and yachts. The picturesque fishing village of Milna is only two kilometres away. It has an outdoor farmers’ market where you can buy local olive oil and fresh produce, a bakery, grocery shop, restaurants and konobas.
During your stay, a gourmet dinner will be served in the villa, prepared by a local chef. It will feature Brac Island specialities such as premium white Adriatic fish, roast lamb, beef tenderloin and octopus 'peka style'. The dinner will include a main course with appetizers, grilled vegetables, seasonal greens and salad, cheese, dessert and local Dalmatian wine.
For a larger party of family or friends, Villa Duboka may be rented together with Folie à Deux.
